Bought this as a gift for an elderly relative. It works great, was a good price when purchased during the holidays, and does the job well. Reasonably easy to use for less tech savvy folks. Has all the usual Roku features and channels that most other brands of Smart TVs have. Still going strong a long time after purchase. TCL has seemed reliable for every product I've gotten from them. Overall, there's no reason to complain.

Nice tv. Easy to setup. Works perfect as an extra monitor for my laptop & I can take it outside.

So far so good. It did exit spontaneously from streaming once, but that could have been poor wifi signal and not a system issue. The interface is easy to use and you can add and remove ANY app you want. I've used Tizen, webOS, FireTV, Roku, AndroidTV and Chromecast and the only one that isn't a complete pain in the butt is Roku. So, of all the TV's out there, this is the only one that doesn't have a stupid OS and has a crisp picture on a small screen.

Very clear picture. Easy to navigate. Don't care for the always on light on the bottom of the tv.

Initial first day issues that TCL customer service walked me through to obtain cable (Spectrum) audio access. We ended up after a bit using the reset button. I reset it 4 times or so during first 2 weeks. We have had only one simple issue in the last 4 weeks. The Picture is excellent, The Video is good. It's a bit techy on set up. Or perhaps Spectrum is part of the issue. I had programmed the remote. Turns set on and off, controls volume and that's it.

This 32" TCL tv has a very nice picture and with the Roku built in is so convenient. This is a great tv for the price.

Television is a great value for the price. Easy set up, lightweight. I now have three. Would recommend for bedrooms or kitchens.

I use this as a computer monitor connected via HMDI. I easily switch between the computer and my list of online streaming apps. The video is excellent. I use headphones for the sound, and they work quite well. Controls are excellent. Since it is a Roku TV, it uses the Roku controller, with which I am very familiar. No problems, no issues, easy to use, easy to set up.

This is a great little TV. Having the Roku, you don't even need cable, there's plenty to watch.

This is a small TV, but I love it, the volume and picture are great and enjoy the easy access to Netflix through the Roku.

Moved up to 32" from smaller TV. Great picture with 1080 and like the smart TV function so I only need one remote.
