Unexpected Gem!

He does not watch TV unless it is with the family but likes to stream his favorite movies. This TV has a great display when you play with the settings to get it just right. The sound in a single bedroom is better than our previous Sony (8 yrs old). And having a Smart TV to stream what your kid likes is a godsend.

The TV doesn't have many options to adjust the brightness of picture, but it has Roku baked into TV set for easy access and navigation to different apps. I use this TV a lot when working in the office and want to watch YouTube or Netflix at the same time.

Great 32” TV

Perfect bedroom TV. Set up is simple. TV can be controlled by either its remote control, by Alexa or a Roku app. Using the Roku app on my iPad I can listen to audio via earphones. These are the only means of control as there are no controls on the chassis. While it is not 4K, this is not a drawback with a screen of only 32”

This was the third Roku TV I've purchased but this was my first TCL buy. So far there's been no issue with it - purchased as a dorm TV for kid - and when we tested it prior to it going off to school, the picture was satisfactory for the price - obviously not as good as my higher end big screens - but more than acceptable.
