This is a perfect TV for a study. Great picture and easy controls. We love it.

Great customer service experience, at the store, finding the right tv at the right price. The picture and clarity of this model/ brand is awesome and considering I was looking for a multi use tv (it doubles as a tv and computer monitor) it works out perfect for the application I need it for. It also has apps installed to watch program content which is what I was looking for as well. Again, great product for a great price.

Need to update regularly, remote control support for my iPhone was not so great, for first 3 months but now support is great for my iPhone with Roku app. Sometimes my TV stalls requiring on/off or restart every so often. Themes are limited The USB media playback is unreliable . Any unforeseen interruption of signal can make you lose a Part of or the entire 90 minute span That was recorded There are lots of great features

Great tv for back porch. Easy to set up and has a good picture along with being a smart tv.

The young man who assisted me was very helpful I explained what I was in need of and he pointed me into the TV that I purchased it was very easy for me to set up and has a great picture let's just hope it has a long life. My plans are to come and purchase one more TV larger and a DVD player would like to also find a hanger to put the larger TV on the wall.

Im very happy with the TV and I am picky. Colors, sound, input lag are all great. What I like the most is that you can download the Roku app and listen to movies playing via Roku apps through your phone with your own headphones! No more bothering people at night. You can also control the TV with the app. Very happy with my purchase.

We did not know what to expect but had a lor of previous experience with all manner of products at Best Buy so we bought this smart TV. Could not have been better and we are planning to buy another smart TV from Best Buy but with a bigger screen. Cannot recommend a better supplier than Best Buy or a better TV than TCL - 32 inch Smart TV. The product rocks and so does Best Buy.
