Did not have to wait for a customer service rep. He walked me through it was easy. Love the TV very clear picture. Don’t waste your money on high end TV. And yes I will buy another one.

Great product, great price

We've enjoyed our Roku box for years and thought it would be fun to buy a television with integrated Roku. We were right! Set up is SUPER easy. There's an app that allows you to turn your phone into a remote and all those wonderful channels are at your finger tips.

I would definitely recommend but the only downside is that the light at the bottom is too bright. I would cover it up with black tape occasionally.

It is upstairs, but still pulls a strong signal from our router. The picture is good. Can't beat the price. As long as you had a Roku account before set-up, this TV took 5 minutes to have it up and running.
