The TV has a very clear picture and is easy to set up and use.

The picture is very clear had a issue setting it up, but I called there customer help line was very helpful. Did not have to wait for a customer service rep. He walked me through it was easy. Love the TV very clear picture. Don’t waste your money on high end TV. And yes I will buy another one.

The tv is really nice to have and the apps you can steam was very beneficial. I would definitely recommend but the only downside is that the light at the bottom is too bright. I would cover it up with black tape occasionally.

For the price I paid this is a decent quality TV. I didnt need anything that was over the top. I was just looking for a good TV for the grandkids playroom. This is perfect for what we wanted. 12 year old connected his PS4 and said, "The graphics on this are pretty good" so i guess its doing the job it was assigned. For the money, a good set.

Purchase 11/2020 for the purpose of streaming content from YouTube, Netflix and Amazon Prime. Works like a charm. You don't need any physical internet connection - totally fine to plug in and run on wifi. Note: we have FIOs wifi I wasn't looking for high quality picture, so I can't speak to that. Easy to set up.

I bought a TV in February. About a month later the sound kept bouncing between the front/back speakers, intermittently, then frequently. Then COVID hit. I drove by Best Buy to see what to do and was. told I had to call BB who wouldn't help me since it was more the TWO WEEKS since I bought it. I had to call Hisense who walked me through resetting it which didn't help > was in BB ll looking at appliances and asked a rep what I could do to trade up on the TV he asked his manager who said, considering my story, COVID that I should be ok to trade up. I brought in Sid TV to trade up but there weren't any in store,\; I ordered a new one but they would not take back the defective one since I didn't but their warranty,which is a pressure tactic. they did not help me. Clearly they do not stand behind their products as what breaks in two weeks- or even allowing a trade up in a pandemic when everyone was in lock down. Ultimately Hisense replaced the motherboard, so ovbiously the unit was defective. Its a gimmick/pressure to buy their warranty . Manager was very unsupportive saying"I don't care what you were told I am the store manager..."
