Easy to set up for a non-techie person. Has a good picture and sound for the price.

first time using a smart roku tv-- wish the remote had actual channel number buttons for when I use Live TV mode-- I tried using the Philo app through the tv and kept having issues, so I use my firestick and don't have issues-- for an inexpensive tv, it's good-- picture is clear and sound is decent--

We have purchased several TCL TV's and have been happy with each one. Clarity is good and we really like a TV with Roku TV. Would purchase a TCL again. Best Buy service was excellent for this purchase. I purchased online one day and it was on my doorstep the next morning. GOOD JOB BEST BUY!!! No issues whatsoever!

I bought a TV in February. About a month later the sound kept bouncing between the front/back speakers, intermittently, then frequently. Then COVID hit. I drove by Best Buy to see what to do and was. told I had to call BB who wouldn't help me since it was more the TWO WEEKS since I bought it. I had to call Hisense who walked me through resetting it which didn't help > was in BB ll looking at appliances and asked a rep what I could do to trade up on the TV he asked his manager who said, considering my story, COVID that I should be ok to trade up. I brought in Sid TV to trade up but there weren't any in store,\; I ordered a new one but they would not take back the defective one since I didn't but their warranty,which is a pressure tactic. they did not help me. Clearly they do not stand behind their products as what breaks in two weeks- or even allowing a trade up in a pandemic when everyone was in lock down. Ultimately Hisense replaced the motherboard, so ovbiously the unit was defective. Its a gimmick/pressure to buy their warranty . Manager was very unsupportive saying"I don't care what you were told I am the store manager..."

So far it's a great addition to the rv. Twice the price of the 720p set, but the picture quality is excellent. Speaker system is barely adequate, even with no background noise. Had to get a sound bar for it (extension speakers don't work right) So plan on spending an extra $80 bucks or so.

Bought this for our camper works great easy set up and great value

I've purchased 3 of this exact model-the 2nd one was to replace the first one, which I physically broke by knocking it over onto some tools. I used that one (and the replacement I bought) as a sort of "portable tv" for when I'm working on remodeling parts of my home or for out on my patio when I'm relaxing. Does a pretty good job of connecting, even out on the patio, considering that my wifi is not that great. I have the 3rd one mounted in my kitchen, to replace a Vizio fire tv that never worked right, and stopped connecting to the wifi in less than 2 years. This is the only one I've been able to find in the 32" size in this price range for a Roku that is still 1080-most are 720. At this size, and with my old eyes, I maybe wouldn't be able to tell the difference, but I'd rather stay at the 1080 at a minimum.

I bought this for my 5 year old's birthday. I don't particularly care about the Roku features (I've always found their interface sluggish) as I purchased a chromecast for the TV anyway. The picture and sound is great.

Lets face it, when buying a 32" TV for the bathroom that you hardly watch, there isn't a great deal of choice. The TCL brand is a nice product, fully featured for its intended use, I use YouTube TV so having ROKU built in is nice (and saves $40). Based on limited experience so far, I'd buy it again. Would I purchase a 65" TCL brand. I don't know.

Great price & easy set up... Great T.V. Very light.

I've been buying these tcl roku tv's exclusively now to get rid of my cable boxes and stream 100 percent. I don't like mixing and matching platforms and none of these have failed me yet. This might not be the fanciest, high end tv, but its the best value I can find for what I want a 32 inch smart tv for.

Tv is still new easy to set up. Roku works great. So far so good.

This is a great Roku TV. It simplifies using Roku. The picture and sound are great. It is a 1080p tv, which is hard to find in a 32" screen. It has 3 HDMI connections which also allow me to use it as a computer monitor and to use a DVD player with it. I recommend this tv as a second or third tv in the home.
