I must first say the picture on the television is nice. However, I do not have Roku, or Netflix, or any other special streaming programs. I have never seen a remote control with no numbers. I cannot choose which channel I want to watch by keying in the channel number. You have to push the back arrow and scroll up or down to find your next channel. The volume is also on the side of the remote along with the mute button. These are easily bumped when you pick up the remote. I purchased an aftermarket programmable remote control and cannot use the number pad because the TV will not allow them to be used. If this TV was not a gift from my children, and I still have the box, I would not keep this TV. Look closely at the remote before you buy.

I love this TV. Basically it is a “dumb” TV with a Roku device arttached. Set up was as easy as setting up a standard Roku. Great picture quality, and switching input devices is a breeze. I am only deducting one star (would deduct 1/2 if I could) because there is no component video/audio input. While I know this is an old technology, it was a bummer to have to ditch a perfectly functioning DVD player and buy a new blu ray. Who needs a smart blu ray when you are hooking up to a smart TV?

It is great, It is clear and easy to use. The volume is very good.

It has served me well. I use it for a monitor screen and also for streaming. Gives off a good picture. The only downside is the speakers. But I have my own speakers so that's not a biggie with me.

TCL has been very appealing to me in the past year. Good picture, decent sound, built in Roku. Not much else to say about it....oh wait, the price! What? These TV's are very inexpensive for the Quality. I recommend these to all my customers that have a TV going outside or in a location with out a Service provider hookup in the room. 5 Stars!

This is the 2nd of these 32" TCL LED Roku TV's I've bought. The price is great. The picture is great. Having Roku (apps) is great. Adding the Spectrum, YouTube TV, and Netflix apps and we're set. I also like that the VESA mount is 100mm. Than means it mounts on the much more common 100mm mounts. We have a Chromecast and a Chromebox plugged in as well.

TV was very easy to set up and at this point picture and sound are good. Makes for a nice bedroom TV to check weather in AM or watch something at bedtime. Only drawback is ROKU remotes don't have number pad so on rare occasions this is an issue. But it does save favorites/recently watched so not a big deal. Bigger models do have voice input remotes so not an issue there.

I bought this TV for my motorhome. It's light and 32" is the right size. I love the Roku format built in. It's easy to navigate through the controls and options and I have just one remote now. I am buying another one to replace the 2nd TV in the motorhome. Picture and sound are great!!!

Great little TV. Easy to setup and great picture quality.

I love this TV. For the price it has very good picture and sound. The Roku platform has endless options and is super easy to set up. I enjoy the all around simplicity and plan on buying a second, larger TCL for my living room. This one's a good size for the bedroom, but it's so lightweight that it's easy to move from room to room as needed.

Got this for my daughter for Christmas. So far so good. Set up was super easy and had it all set up with all of our streaming services in less than an hour. Navigation is super easy. Picture and sound are good enough for my daughter. Only thing I don’t like is the remote seems very flimsy. I’m afraid it won’t last long

I bought this as a gift and have never seen it in person. The friend I had it sent to loves it and is impressed with it's connectivity to the internet and for getting streaming services. The picture is sharp and clear. The sound is great. A very light TV (under 15 lbs). Easy to set up. It was a great gift. Thanks Best Buy

Love TCL Roku TVs! We have two at home and four in our vacation villa at the beach, including three of these 32" models. Quick & simple set up. Easy to browse for apps & channels. Even set them up to turn on to the cable and/or satellite box so we don't have to fumble with two remotes.

Great for streaming! Perfect size for a bedroom. Did have a problem when I unboxed the tv, but a call to TCL support showed it to be a defective remote. Bought the tv/called on a Saturday, so it wasn't shipped until Monday, but still came quickly. Good quality picture, aside from the interface being a little non-intuitive, glad I bought it!

My TCL is the best. No problems just clear bright pictures. I gave up my Vizeo for this TCL smart TV and it has been just what I needed.

Bought this as a Christmas Present for the wife so she could watch her shows. The picture is very crisp and sharp, and has good volume for it's size. Essentially it's a Roku player embedded in a TV. The setup was interesting. You have to connect with your Wifi (Which was super easy), and register with Roku before you can use the TV to view regular channels (Cable or satellite), with no option to 'skip until later'. Otherwise, it was ready to go in about 10 minutes after power on and a software update. A little work was needed to get it and the DirecTV remote to talk to each other, but have had no issues with it once all configured.

Not much to say - the title about says it all. We needed this 32" size for my wife's office and found this one at Best Buy. The TV was very easy to set up and use, due to the built in Roku. The picture looks great. The price was decent for this size but for a little bit more you can get a 40-43" TV.

Couldn't really afford a TV/Monitor geared more to PS4 gaming, with a higher refresh rate than 60hz, but this 1080p TV was a vast improvement over my old Insignia 720p. Then again, I'm not a game purist demanding the most pristine graphics anyway. But I did appreciate the more vivid colors and clarity seen from what I do most - Facebookin' & Twitterin' & streaming online movies. I also liked the user-friendly interface. Oh yeah, I'm no tech wonk, but I swear to Sagan's atoms game graphics improved when I switched to the first HDMI port below the ARC port on the right hand side. There you have it, my recommendation? ... If you're budget conscious, don't be afraid this TV won't deliver - get yer mitts on this baby, and be pleasantly surprised! Over and out.

Amazed at how easy it was to begin enjoying our new TCL 32" smart ROKU tv. Setup is a snap and once the account is established it opens new avenues for streaming without the cable issues to address. Picture quality is great and built in sound makes this tv a complete package. Thanks for a great product!

Wow, what a great TV! And a great picture! Comes with Roku built in, HDTV and total easy set up. I plugged it in, and the screen prompts walked me through the entire set up. I bought this to replace an older TV in my shop, and I couldn't be happier! I should've done it sooner! I may have to get more!
