Connected it to the cable feed and let it scan for channels. Success. Then connected it to the available wireless network. Success. Verified it will handle Netflix and other streaming channels. Success. There are better tv's if you are willing to pay a premium but at 32" they are not worth the additional cost in my opinion. This is a great unit for a dorm or secondary tv.
