    Disappointed. Not enjoying the features as they're extremely average. Having issues with the sound going completely out intermittently. Trying to get it scheduled now for repair with Best Buy. Choose something different if you're shopping for a TV.

    For the price you can't go wrong with TCL. The jury is still out on the long term sustainability but the picture is very good. Only issue we have is it forgets the wi-fi connection more frequently than it should.

    Maybe I am not doing something right. This tv seems like it takes to long for the brand name to disappear, and when it does. It's a lot of work to find what I need to do. I just want it to come on, minus all the extras. Maybe it's me.

    Had to return first one

    Originally purchases a 1080 but it kept turning off and restarting. Returned it and they were sold out of the 1080 version so I had to get the 720 shipped to me. Its working fine but I wanted a 1080

    Very glitchy

    The concept is great, and we love our Roku on our other TV. However, this TV is very glitchy. Apps don’t always run well, the remote signal doesn’t pick up 50% of the time. Adjusting the volume too soon after powering it on causes the TV to crash and restart. And while you can watch antenna TV, there is no way to directly go to a channel or manually add a channel after scanning. When you want to go from one channel to another, your wonky option is up/down. I wish I could select 7-1 or whatever channel I want. I regret my purchase.

    When received tv it didnt even turn on. It didnt have a remote either which is minor. But the television itself wouldnt turn on.
