Volume problem

After awhile it no longer sync up with the picture or it goes silent. I have to unplug the TV completely and allowed it to rest and then plug it back in for the volume to work properly.

After two weeks the voice went on the tv

It is now two weeks with out a tv. Was told by the geek squad we can buy another tv and return it when ours is fix. And we can be waiting another two weeks before we get it back!!! That’s a whole month!!!This isn’t right to do. Only had the for two weeks!! I don’t know whose policy is this, but it must be changed!!!! We should have gotten a new tv. Then Best Buy and the manufacturer can fight it out. Not the consumer!!!

Stops working

I’ve had it for almost 4 months and it stopped working. It’s glitchy and it keeps shutting off and restarting. I’ve read other posts on the internet and it seems like other people experienced the same thing with this tv. Could be a manufacturers defect.

You Get What You Pay For

I use this for my home gym in my garage but will be replacing it soon. The TV is terrible at retaining a wifi connection and based on forums I’ve read it’s a common problem - unfortunately that’s all I use to watch TV. Definitely not recommending because of that

Don’t buy this product TCL 32’’ because it’s not even working for a year. When I reported this issue to Best Buy agent he said that since you purchased for the low cost it will work like that. Sometimes it completely loses its sound. We have to unplug it, wait a while, and plug it back in. Sometimes this restarts the sound, sometimes we have to do it more than once. At other times the audio breaks up. Also, there is no voice control option on the remote.

Broke shortly after buying

TCL is cheap. Don't buy it.
