    I bought this through Best Buy on eBay and am returning it. The remote doesn't work half the time, and when it does, the on-screen keyboard doesn't work. The remote is outdated and a huge pain to work with.

    Can't turn off Streaming channels

    This TV worked great for me until Roku update 9.3. For some reason, Roku decided to integrate the 400+ streaming channels into the over the air antenna channels. Now you have to navigate using the on-screen guide and there is no way to turn off the extra useless channels. There is a reason I got this tv and cut the cable. Now it's worthless and I'll be looking for another tv that is not integrated with Roku. I really can't understand who thought this idea would be good. Also if your internet goes down the tv can't reach the streaming channels and just sits at loading. What a joke.

    Worked for 3 months!

    I bought this tv and picked it up may 1 of this year and already the screen has gone black and doesn’t work. Still has audio but no visual whatsoever. VERY disappointed. I realize it’s a cheaper television but 3 months is just ridiculous. I should have known better when it didn’t come with a warranty. I’ve called customer service but who has 30 minutes to wait on the phone? I have also emailed customer service and am still waiting for a reply.

    Doesn't last long

    A month after service plan expired picture went out. Second Roku that lasted than 2 1/2 years.

    Tv broken 7 months old

    Son got tv for Christmas broken 7 months later. Large (almost half the screen) horizontal line covering the top of the tv. Customer service not open so can not fix. Son is devastated I bought one 5 months ago and after having it only 1 month it began turning itself off randomly. At least 3-4 times a week. Do not buy a TCL tv worst tv’s I’ve ever had

    TCL – Roku TVs a year ago I bought a TCL TV at Best Buy that was advertised as Roku ready. A year later the TV locked up. And the only way to reactivate it is to BUY a Roku account. I am out over $400 for this TV, unless I buy a Roku account.
