Yes this TV is cheap, it doesn't have 4K resolution, theater sound quality or all the other gimmicks you can get for 1000$ TV; that's why it's under $200 and for me it's perfect. I don't watch TV a lot, and I really don't care. It's been working fine for about a month now, had no issues. Looks good, works good.

I had received this TV as a Christmas present and I liked it so much I bought a 2ND one.

It has a variety of apps that I use all the time .

I've had no problems with my tv & the lady who helped me that day was great totally helped me out & couldn't ask for better customer service !

TV offered in ad included a DVD player. It was not included with delivery and I have not been able to get DVD player. I have made a complaint to Best Buy head office.

Picture is very poor. Doesn't turn on as much as it boots up - slowly. Laggy navigating the menu. If I had to do it over again, a Vizio and a Firestick was probably the better way to go.

I purchased two tvs. One of them arrived with a cracked screen. Best Buy sent a replacement right away.

Officially cut the cable cord! Easy with this TV! LOTS OF CHANNELS, way more than with just an antenna, easy easy easy install! Bought for my 81 year old mother who was tired of paying for TV service she loves it, remote Is so easy to use, why buy A TV And Roku box when this is all in one for under 200 dollars, no brainer. Love love love this .

This is an awesome guest room TV providing high quality viewing plus all of the streaming capability you need. We already had a Roku and this TV allowed us to move it to another room to provide streaming TV throughout the house. It's easy to setup, looks great and works great.

I needed a tv for my bedroom and for the price it is a great tv! the set up was super easy. The picture is great. Really happy with this TV.

I bought this TV and immediately had issues during the "Set-up Phase". I could not connect the TV to my wifi from the very beginning. I wish I had the time to explain the series of events that unfolded and the countless hours of "trouble-shooting" following my first moments of turning on the TV, but I wouldn't go through it again if someone paid me. TCL has some of the worst customer service I have ever had the pleasure of witnessing. Xfinity/Comcast blows them out of the water...am I starting to give you an idea of their incompetence? I am so displeased with their lack of regard for my time and money wasted that I will never buy another TCL product again and I urge you to do the same. They not only failed to fix my issue/product but they denied my request for any kind of compensation for the time and money I spent on this product and trying to fix it. Moral of this story...avoid TCL and their products at all cost.
