    Burnt/dead pixels

    Was a good price, but soon after installing I realized there were several burnt/deads spots along the bottom of the screen. It is mostly only visible on white backgrounds

    Piece of Junk

    I bought this TV in June. Connected a soundbar to the ARC output. Worked fine til yesterday. Seems the ARC outlet is dead now. I was going to connect the soundbar using the optical audio output but that wasnot installed correctly and I couldn't use it. Took TV back to BB and the manager said I'm out of luck since they won't accept a return after two weeks. He told me to contact TCL for warranty service. I asked if he was kidding since we both knew that would be a waste of time! So basically I am out $150 for defective TV. BUYER BEWARE! A former BB customer.

    The picture was ok but the sound was terrible. I tried different sound modes however all were terrible. I returned the TV and purchased a Samsung.

    Great Picture and Better Sound than my 65" Samsung

    I needed a light weight hd smart tv to mount on my outdoor metal gazebo. I purchased the 32 in because it weighs only 7 lbs. The picture quality is amazing QLED and the sound quality was much better than I expected. At only 7 lbs, I was able to disconnect it from the VESA mount with one hand and carry it inside when it rains until I get my outdoor tv cover.

    The tv has a clear picture and is easy to find the channel you are looking for. It was easy to install. The online staff was great to work with and easy to understand.
