Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.So disappointed, I don't know when Best Buy changed their return period to 15 days, but that doesn't suit my needs. I had this tv delivered 16 days ago and decided today to return it because I've spent all the time I've had it ordering tv stands to attach to the back to make it shorter, to try and make it fit my space. Not one would fit. The given specifications are wrong, it's supposed to be 18.3" tall and it's 18.5". That .2 inches makes it too tall for my space. I can't comment on the picture or sound because it's never been plugged in. So much for exchanging it, missed by one day. I can't rate or recommend this product because I can't use it.

Decent Priced Good Google Smart TV

Might be good for some, but you get what you pay for. I returned and bought a better TV.

Burnt/dead pixels

Piece of Junk

Worked fine til yesterday. Seems the ARC outlet is dead now. I was going to connect the soundbar using the optical audio output but that wasnot installed correctly and I couldn't use it. Took TV back to BB and the manager said I'm out of luck since they won't accept a return after two weeks. He told me to contact TCL for warranty service. I asked if he was kidding since we both knew that would be a waste of time! So basically I am out $150 for defective TV. BUYER BEWARE! A former BB customer.
