Really surprised at the quality of picture for a tv this size. Replaced this with a comparable tv around the same price point and this is by far an improvement!

Good solid tv. Only caution is if you put this in a bed room, the light on the botttom where to remote is detected is very bright and will light up a room.

The television has proven to be just what I needed. I am glad that the sales guy was honest and extremely helpful with assisting me with making a wise purchase.

I love so much to buy at Best Buy because they have the best quality, low prices and excelent customer service that i never seen, i bought all my electronics and appliances at best buy long time ago, and i weist my money buying guarantees because i never had to use them. After 12 years and i still have everything. I am deffinely the most happy customer of best buy. I would like that everybody shop at best buy and live supper happy.

Amazing picture! I have a 65” TCL in my basement and I am very happy/impressed with it so decided on a smaller TCL for my office.

We arrived at a Best Buy store intending to buy a 32” Sony television for our bedroom. We have an Insignia Fire TV that drops the internet connection for Hulu streaming, but does not drop Prime. This is irksome, so we will banish that TV to a workout area, hoping that the connection issues are less disruptive. The salesperson talked us into purchasing a TCL model, which was half the price of the same-sized Sony TV. He stated that the image was much better, due to pixels per square inch or something. The image on the TCL TV was indeed very nice. The sound was high-pitched and tinny, for every sound serting offered. We googled solutions and tried every setting, to no avail. We have no interest in spending more money to purchase a sound system for a bedroom TV. Finally, we decided to disregard the salesperson’s recommendation, and follow our instinct by exchanging this TCL TV for the originally-selected Sony TV. We are very pleased with the sound and picture of the Sony TV.

Excellent picture and extremely easy to set up. Works perfect in the guest bedroom being a small space. Would recommend to others.
