    Horrible TV, horrible experience. Probably one of the biggest regrets of my Google search constantly freezes. The TV randomly drops from from Google Home - "I'm sorry, the office TV is not available". Sometimes when I turn it on, it decides it doesn't want to and loads a blank screen. I have to turn it off and back on - took two times this morning. I have a couple Chromecast with Google TV devices and they are great, this thing is torture. It's slow and buggy. I wish I had done my research - I discovered this week that the TCLs with Google TV were so bad last year that Best Buy stopped selling them yet here they are selling the same garbage again. Will be the last time I buy from Best Buy as well.

  • Freezes during streaming

    TCL loses signal when watching ESPN+ streaming. Have to reset the app and enter event results in missing some of the event. Typically occurs about 1 hr after start of the stream. TCL has been unable to resolve. Will not buy again
