||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Returned. Just did not compare to our 32" toshiba. 720 is the highest you can go in 32" for good quality picture. 4k isn't meant for smaller tv either.

Terrible customer service
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Don’t waste your time buying this TV or even buying it from Best Buy because there’s too much software on it not processing speed and Best Buy will do nothing for you after 15 days. They probably won’t do anything within the 15 days. Avoid Best Buy at all cost.

TCL needs to do better

I'm still using 2 remotes because it won't pair with my Verizon FiOS remote. And now, I'm having issues with the audio and the video out of sync. I'll never buy another TCL. Not worth it.

Very washed out color with no side view. Cheap TV.

Great price if the tv we're any good. Nice size, smart Google tv with mic in the remote. Many good features, but the picture is only good looking strait at it. No side viewing at all. Super washed-out side picture, & washed out color on the main picture, but my bedridden wife likes it, & the price was unbeatable. So, poor is the rating for this TCL 32" Full HD Google smart TV. I cannot recommend this item, nor could I replace it for $101. Cheap TV is what I bought. Never went into a store to see it in person. My mistake.

Overall a decent small TV

At that price I wasn't expecting too much. Overall this is a good little streaming TV (i like google/android TV over other like Roku). The menus have a slight delay when moving around in them, not the most responsive. The remote has decent inputs along with voice control through the remote.

Cheaply made, but gets it done with Google

The picture is watchable, the sound is so-so, and the quality is pretty low, but the TV serves its purpose. This is the TV you buy for the child you like the least. Google platform is snappy, though. That's a plus.
