Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. This is rather unusual, as this new TV comes with two feet with screws to secure them, a power cord, a remote, and a quick start guide. You may want to check your receipt to see if the TV you purchased is new or Open-Box/Previously Owned. For Open-Box/Previously Owned TVs, you would need to contact your retailer for assistance. This is not a good tv.

That's probably the best thing I can say. Google TV is awful, this version is really awful, its slow and nothing really works right. The tv is constantly silently rebooting when "off" which makes me think its just crashing all the time. The HDR is bad and would be better if it just didnt exist on this tv. Viewing angles are poor, speakers are poor, but hey it does a great job of being cheap and 32" of screen.

Bad purchase

Freezes during streaming

Have to reset the app and enter event results in missing some of the event. Typically occurs about 1 hr after start of the stream. TCL has been unable to resolve. Will not buy again
