    Sorry we purchased this TV

    Awful. Just awful. We often get an error message saying the data is full and we have to reset things. TV takes forever to turn on. Oftentimes it has no sound and we have to turn it off and then on again. Just a terrible brand.

    Get a better TV

    This TV works, which is nice. It turns on, it displays a picture... that's about where it ends. It took entire minutes to launch apps. I had to put a Chromecast on there to actually use it.

    I was told by the saws rep this tv was really good, but I hate it. When I try to turn it on it shuts back off. I have to turn it on 3 times to get it to come on. Then the volume won’t work. So I have to turn it off and turn it back on until the volume starts working. I wish I could return it, because it sucks!!

    This TV was not worth the money

    I must’ve got a defective TV. We started having issues where the TV light below the frame of the TV would go off and on. Then our TV started to freeze now some apps aren’t working and the Internet connection isn’t working or says it isn’t working, but it is it’s often on. I do not recommend this TV. The TCL 75 inch that I have however I haven’t had issues with.

    TLC 32" Smart TV with Google TV

    Sometimes it does not want to turn on. It will appear to turn on and then immediately turn off. Sometimes it takes two or more tries to get it to work properly.

    TCL not worth the hype

    Stop working after 2 1/2 weeks and unable to return to Best Buy due to return policy being within 2 weeks. Purchased Geek Squad protection which kicks in after 1 year warranty and TCL manufacturer is only open on weekdays which doesn’t help me on a weekend. Unable to view anything. It has a loading error. I had a Westinghouse TV that lasted almost 20 years and this one didnt make it 2 weeks

    Absolutely hated the Google TV program! Way too proprietary! All I wanted was a 1080P TV, plain and simple. Got tired of having to go through all of the "hoops" to even see what the screen looked like. By the way, I never got that far to see the screen resolution. Returned it the next day. Might be good for some, but not for me.

    I guess i am used to the 1080p and the 720 is noticeably lacking. It just seems "cheap". I think i will move it to the patio and upgrade for the bedroom

    20% of the time TV doesn't go on. Have to press power button several times or unplug it. Same with sound. When it works it's ok

    You get what you pay for!

    I realize that it's a "budget" tv but you still should expect some kind of quality picture. The picture isnt sharp for 4k. The images are slightly blurry. My older 1080p tv was much sharper. Took it back.

    Tv with internal power cord?!?!

    Not mentioned anywhere, but the TV has an internal power cord that cannot be removed. This TV was going in a location that needed a 20 foot power cord so I had to return it as there was no way to change the power cord or to lengthen it. Also pretty bad that you can’t get a 32 inch TV in 4K
