    Not as good as in store

    It looked great in the store. When I got it home, it didnt. When I returned it, I learned about Best Buy's in store video feed.

    Incomplete items and no an open box category

    I returned after finding out that it didn’t come with the remote and it looks like it was a display unit and no an open box item. This store in the Bronx has the habit of doing that. I won’t buy anything open box items again in that particular location.

    This thing randomly turns itself off, and frequently the sound will cut out for a second or two and come back on. My neighbor said tcl put a recall out on some of these models. I hope mine is one of them. I have only had this thing for 7 months!!

    Very bad experience for this tv. It hangs a lot. Takes lots of time to turn on and screen goes blank. Sound is worst in all tvs I have experienced.

    We were missled by salesman. TV is difficult fo blind person to use. Trying to work tv with Dish hopper. They are sending new remote. Also having some difficulty with sound bar in # 2 tv.

    Terrible tv.

    Terrible tv, it will freeze up halfway through a show and then go back to the Home Screen and I’ll have to go back into the app to resume the show. It’s very slow at starting up! I’m going back to LG!!
