    Terrible response time

    This TV has a terrible response time, so any fast motion results in horrible motion blur. It makes for a legitimately uncomfortable time watching most things. There's also no way to adjust the picture so that it's clear, bright, AND has good contrast. You have to give up one of them. The stock settings either wash out the colors or blow the whites out so bad that the picture actually loses clarity. If you turn the gamma all the way down (which is up in the settings, for whatever reason) the picture quality is actually very good, but it's also dim. Which means the whites are muted, it's not vibrant at all, and it's just unpleasant to look at. I have no idea how this got HDR certification. I tried watching it for a few hours and just couldn't get past the slow response time, so it got returned.

    Worst TV I ever owned does not last.

    I bought this TV from Best Buy in Indiana in the spring of 2021; for some reason, Best Buy doesn't list it in my previous purchases. The picture quality was fine for two years, when it abruptly failed on the right side of the screen. Now I can't watch for more than two hours without the screen flickering at a distracting rate. The "fixes" TCL lists online (unplug it/reset it/etc.) do not work. This is a disposable device and I should've gone with a better, more expensive brand. It angers me to think that I wasted $140 on a TV that lasted such a short time when I had a Vizio that lasted over 10 years. Never again, TCL.

This particular TV was launched less than 1 year ago, so it is difficult to decipher what TV you may have. Our TVs are designed to give our customers years of entertainment and enjoyment. Our TVs do come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty for those rare times that defects occur. In cases like this, if you purchased an extended warranty, you may want to reach out to see if you can file a warranty claim through the extended warranty company. Furthermore, if you purchased using a credit card, some credit card companies also provide additional coverage. We will continue to make improvements to ensure our customers the best experience possible.

    Hate this TV

    This is the worst, takes to long to power on. To long to bring up channels. Controller is total crap. I'd really like to go smash it in best buys parking lot, but i'll do it in my driveway, when I purchase a new one. Most agitating TV you can possibly get. Totally hate this so called tv. Do not purchase this. I promise to never purchase anothet TCL product.

    Open Box is not always GOOD

    Only one of the 3 sets that I bought is actually working. I plan on returning the other two. I have been working this whole time with TCL Trouble Shooters and they either do not understand what I am trying to tell them or I am doing a bad job of explaining the problem. The TV freezes up and will not go beyond the LOGO TCL

    Blurry picture

    Waste of money. Bought for a dorm room and the image is BLURRY. Remote is a little confusing. Buy something else.

    Sometimes dosent turn on, sometimes it also shuts off by itself. Menu if difficult to navigate through such a s finding sleep timer.

    Lousy Volume Cotrol

    This item has poor volume control. One time the volume is so low one has to increase the control to 70 or so. The next time the volume blast one out of the room. The item will be returned this coming Monday.
