A very good tv

It was not a smart tv and I wanted to upgrade. It was easy to program and even if you have trouble, there is a phone number you can call for assistance. I haven’t had any problems with it and recommend it highly.

First time TCL user

It's not very user friendly in that regard. I got it for exercise and had to install the app on it in order to access videos. I couldn't figure out how to connect my phone, and seems like it doesn't have bluetooth capability. If you're just looking for a straight TV for watching, it has many channels all free so I was happy with that, and the picture was great.

The setup was not complicated, and is easily adjusted for movies or gaming by the addition of a settings gear at the ready. I also appreciate a screensaver that can be engaged immediately. I love it!

It's a smart TV

I previously had an isigna fire tv and the sound went bad and the processor was slow.

TCL is a great TV!
