TCL needs to do better

I'm still using 2 remotes because it won't pair with my Verizon FiOS remote. And now, I'm having issues with the audio and the video out of sync. I'll never buy another TCL. Not worth it.

Terrible customer service
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Don’t waste your time buying this TV or even buying it from Best Buy because there’s too much software on it not processing speed and Best Buy will do nothing for you after 15 days. They probably won’t do anything within the 15 days. Avoid Best Buy at all cost.

You may want to check your receipt to see if the TV you purchased is new or Open-Box/Previously Owned. For Open-Box/Previously Owned TVs, you would need to contact your retailer for assistance. It's a buy if you need a TV.

I do like how smooth the response time the controls are, however, which I notice a lot of TVs lack nowadays. — If you are particular about colors, I would hold off, if you just want a quality TV that works, it's a buy.
