Deal breaker was that I could not download an app for my cable television supplier. A work around for cable channels is that you enter your cable supplier and it will allow you to access that cable channel. I returned the TV for a smart TV with a different operating system.

not a roku tv

Had a lagging problem

The tv itself was ok, but the “smart” part not so much. The Netflix app never worked; it wouldn’t connect. The prime video app was sketchy at best. It worked for 1.5 days and no more afterwards. It would play trailers and ads, but would give an hdmi error message when the show/movie would start. After a week of back and forth with the manufacturer “techs” and no resolution, I ended up just returning it to best buy for a refund. I’ve had tcl brand before, but this android tv was trash —no other way to put it. I replaced this with the Samsung N5200, and problems solved. It just worked the way it was supposed to. No factory resets, no app updates, no hassles. If you actually want a smart tv, please STAY AWAY FROM THIS ANDROID TV.

Difficult to set up

Decent tv
