    Not bad for a non-4k TV. However, the Smart TV menu sucks on this TV. Better of paying a little more for a 4 series. or better.

    Don't ever lose the remote!

    Not impressed. Annoyed that there are only 2 HDMI ports. Can't control TV without remote, not even to turn it on/off.

    The interface is very clunky and not user friendly. We got rid of it and got a Roku TV instead.

    I actually thought there was a thin plastic cling wrap cover on the screen to protect it. There wasn't. I'm not sure if it is the android part or simply a poor picture on an inexpensive TV but I am thoroughly disappointed.

    Broken TV

    Unfortunately the TV doesn’t work it’s broken air dial doesn’t turn on the screen it’s turned on when we first bought it Man here it is today’s 22 January and it doesn’t work anymore it turns on but the screen is completely black and you can hear but that’s it you can change the channels but you can’t see anything at all I guess next time it pays to buy something else than TCL

    Great picture but doesn’t support my tv app

    Really great tv, especially for the price - value. Unfortunately it would not support my 5g WiFi nor sling or hbo apps.

    Snail mail TV

    This TV was extremely disappointing. It had a frustrating lag in it's processing. Changing channels or even raising and lowering the volume was slow in response time. Also the App selections didn't include the AT&T Now app. That prevented me from watching my streaming service. Needless to say that it was returned back to the store.

    not pleased with this google account set up. I thought I was purchasing a Roku tv like my 55 in but i was wrong. i had to sign into my google account to download any of my apps that were not pre loaded. i also had a problem with the settings for the volume turning completely off and i had to factory reset the tv, which means I had to download all the apps again.

    dont get this tv for no reason at all wish i knew this tv was a lemon from the start for some channels come in one minute then you turn and the channel dont want to come in the next minute. even if you have a internet modem hooked up to the tv it still acts as if it dont wont to function right so dont get this tv model for no reason at all

    The remote does not work

    I tried new batteries unplug TV plug it back in did anything that I knew to do and still no luck. I chatted with someone through the chat app online she informed me if I go by the store that I can get a new remote but between three kids my work schedule I don't always have time to go by so I have still yet to get a remote to use my TV. Very inconvenient.

    Broken TV Delivered

    We waited for the TV for a long time, Our promised delivery date was 09/15 and it was delivered on 09/20 and to our surprise, TV's screen was broken. I don't know what else can go worse in a TV. Packaging was disgusting, There was no cushion to protect the screen from transporation handling, looks like it was bound to happen. Really Bad service.

    I'm not at all happy with this purchase. The ARC outlet doesn't work. The optical does not synched up with my soundbar, neither does the bluetooth. You can only imagine how much fun that is. (NOT). The speakers from the TV suck, hence the need for a soundbar. I've only had it a month, and I'm already replacing it. I can't with it.
