    TV started glitching after less than 4 months of use. Thank God I purchased a protection plan because when I took it in for repair they determined the cost of repairing my practically new TV was more than the cost of the TV itself however getting my store credit to purchase a new TV has proven to be a cumbersome task.

    Purchased as a Christmas present. Set it up Christmas morning only to turn it on a see a bright green line running right down the middle of the screen. Waiting for the return lines to go down so I can get a refund . Wish Best Buy would let you schedule returns instead of waiting in line.

    Poor...Under my Account, it was reflecting in 1 year the product can be returnable. The Best Buy team is calling that as a glitch when called in to report the product turned out to be faulty with less than 2 month. Disappointed with the response and support that I received. Thank you

    Google play app has never worked!!

    I probably spent four hours on the phone with TCL who determined the search problem I was having was due to the Google Play app not working. They told me to ask Google for help!!! google won’t help me. So I have a defective television from day one. Will never buy this brand again.

    This tv is the worst smart television I have ever seen. Could not download any of the popular steaming apps or television provider apps. It would not stay connected to the internet. For this to be advertised as a Roku tv, it is not. False advertising. I returned this item immediately.

    I was informed that I could screen share my Mac to the TV reason why I did not purchase another Samsung TV (which easily paired to my apple products). I am now being told that I need to purchase a roku or appleTV device to screen share. Very disappointed.

    I purchased this TV specifically to use with the Xfinity stream app but Android does not work with Xfinity. Wish I would have looked a bit closer because I actually thought I was ordering a ROKU unit. I have had great luck with ROKU.

    This tv is just a Google box trying to sell you Google items, does not support apps like spectrum and other cable apps that compete with google, multiple screens asking if google could track you and what you watch, this is being returned.

    The manager of the store told me that this tv had a Xfinity app and it didn’t. I had to return the prior purchased tv for the same reason and the manager said it did have what I needed. When I got it home I had to return it.

    Wifi busted :(

    The wifi already stopped working on it. It stopped connecting properly and won't stream consistently. This does not happen with the other dozen items in the house that run on the same wifi, including my TCL Roku TV. Avoid.

    I never actually got to use this TV. It's poorly balanced with all the electronics and VESA mount at the bottom and while trying to mount it, I dropped it eight feet onto a tile floor. Kiss that $200 goodbye.
