Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.very good for my kids room. i thought this would have roku like my larger tlc in the living room but no, it has android tv which shockly ran much better! when setting up it ask to sign in from your phone (even Iphone) and auto connected to the tv and signed into tv apps with the same info as on the phone like netflix, no need to remember a bunch of different passwords. its pretty great.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought TCL 40" Class 3-Series Full HD Smart Android TV after I had to return the Visio Smart TV that just quit on me after 2 weeks! It was almost. Twice the size of the Visio and I was able to just Pay the difference in price $15! I was annoyed at having to returned the Visio but this TCL Class 3 Series has been great! So much do that I mounted on the wall and have had no issues.

Excellent smart TV

I bought this particular model because it has Bluetooth. I immediately installed YouTube TV and Prime TV. To prevent lag, the key is to plug the TV into one of the ethernet ports on your router. I've had very few issues with the TV. I also successfully paired the TV with a set of noise cancelling wireless headphones (Sony WH-XB900N).

Only reason I’m giving it a 3 for now is the Hdmi-CEC function is glitchy. The tv will turn on my Apple TV but that’s it with the tv remote. If I turn my Apple TV off the tv stays on. Or if I turn my Apple TV on independently with the Apple remote the tv will not come on with it. Can’t figure out if the technology isn’t there or is it a software issue? Would be almost a 5 if I could get it to work. Some backlight bleeding but I got it for $180... so I can’t complain.

In order to turn on CEC on the TV, first press the gears icon button the Android TV remote while on the Home screen>Go to System>T-Link>Turn on T-Link.
