Beautiful TV but Netflix & Prime Video don't work

Netflix won't start at all and keeps showing an error message. I have tried everything to try to fix it, nothing works. Amazon Prime Video opens but won't play anything. I luckily still have my Roku Stick so that's what I've been using for those apps. It's a bit frustrating, but I am not sure if it's the TV its self or the apps that are the issue.
