I got this TV for my mom because it had a great quality picture, lots of features. Was fairly easy to setup. 2 HDMIs for cable box and Amazon Fire Stick (or Roku) give you plenty of options. Plus Smart TV built in channels and nice voice control thru the remote.

A 40" TV for less than $200, I was skeptical. The picture is great! However, if you are a movie fan and like depth of sound, you will need to add a sound bar. I bought this TV because I wanted to check out the Android TV interface. The interface is very simple to use, and Google voice works pretty well. I really like how much you can customize to show what you want and leave off services you don't watch. The remote is very basic but it mostly does the job. But really TCL, no mute button!? Holding down the volume button is not the same when the phone is ringing. Just an aside, I was easily able to physically able to set the TV up on my own and I am slightly disabled (I walk with a cane).

I really love this TV! The picture is bright and sharp. I love the Android and Google Assistant. I had previously had an old Sony and Firestick, but this blows it out of the water! Way easier to set up, took just minutes. Highly recommend.

This Tv is clear as far as the picture quality. My grandson loves it, I put it up on his wall in his bedroom. He has it hooked up to his phone. It's easy to work it & it's very light. Nice Tv at a reasonable price. I love bestbuy products.

Easy to use, nice picture however you can't have anything in front of it in order to use the remote. The sensory has to be pointed directly at the sensor on the tv for it to work. Other than that no other issues at this time!

Purchased this television for the wife, the remote control is the big issue the menus require to many steps due to the limited remote control buttons and menus. the picture quality if fine and easy to setup

I like this TV. It was cheaper than buying a new tablet to watch movies on. It's light and was easy to put together. Set up was very easy with an Android phone. I told the assistant to set up my device and it did everything for me. I did have some trouble with Netflix. It only showed the logo. In the end, I needed to update the TV, update Netflix, sign out of Netflix, turn the TV off/on and sign back in. It took all that to see the message that it successfully updated. Now everything works. My only complaint is that the TV is very dark. It's hard to see night scenes. It arrived with the brightness set to 100%, so no help there.

Great price for this TV. Set-up was easy. Picture is good. Google connection went well too. Haven't really utilized it though. Some functions (sleep timer) are hard to find.

So far so great! Really easy to screw in the legs and it’s so compact and lightweight.. It works fast and makes signing into all my accounts super easy Highly recommend!

Good picture and easy to use interface at a very reasonable price. Bought two of these, one for each daughter and they love them. Can't beat the quality for the value .

For the price, its pretty amazing. Using it in the backyard, and for that purpose could be a little brighter, but not bad at this price point! The Android TV interface is pretty versatile and has the latest apps including HBO max, Disney Plus, and Peacock. Also loving the built in Chromcast. Also at this price point many TVs are 720p resolution while this one is 1080p. And at 40 inches you can see the difference. Very light and easy to mount. Remote is simple and small.

Purchased for my sons first bedroom tv. Its been 2.5 years and it works great! Picture is very clear, and the price is pretty good.

Nice little tv. Bought it for a park model second home. The picture has been great for an inexpensive tv. Set up was easy. Love Android!! Our 75" Sony is Android and this TLC has been connecting and running great. We bought it to just use the apps. One thing I have noticed is when you first turn on the tv it will kick you off of the apps or run slow to adjust with the remote. After it's been on for about 5 to 10 minutes it works fine. Voice control works as it should. Overall works fine for what we bought it for. Viewing from an angle is not very good.

Fan of the Android TV interface… snappy enough on this TV and pretty much any app you could think of. The tv itself doesn't have the best processor or wifi card so buffering sometimes takes longer on YouTube and Netflix. Honestly for a 1080p tv in 2020 at this price it is great. If this is the level of tv you are looking for you aren't concerned with the best features, you just want something that works well and has all the apps you need and this delivers!

At such a cheap price, it's a "good enough" TV so if you need one for your gym or bar, it's perfect. The picture quality is good and it's awesome that it comes with Android TV so you can install a wide range of apps is a must for me. The downside is the processing power and speed. It's a bit sluggish responding after you press a button on the remote. Opening and loading apps is a little slow. But like I said, for the price...it's awesome!

Awesome tv that can do so much for such little money. Great picture quality . Bluetooth, Google assistant is a must have today. Built-in Chromecast is very useful. But a little tricky to get it to work. U must plug in your router into your TV Ethernet jack. Found only way to get Chromecast to work. Android OS is on par with Roku in my opinion. All said u can't go wrong with this tv. No buyers remorse .TCl makes excellent TV's !

This is the BEST TV I have EVER purchased in my life. I was playing with my dog, and we were throwing around a bone—not the rubber kind but the actual bone kind made of calcium carbonate, collagen, and probably made from some sort of cow osteocytes (I’m studying for the MCAT). My dog, whose name is redacted for privacy reasons, started getting TOO excited, and she threw the bone at such high velocity that the screen should have cracked, but it DIDN’T. My TV is just FINE. I’m still in SHOCK. It’s spotless!!!! There is absolutely nothing wrong with it. You’d think it’d be broken by how hard she threw it, but it’s like nothing occurred. I promised I would write this glowing review if my TV worked and was absolutely fine. I can’t stress enough how much I love this TV.

Fast set up. The google feature to set up your tv with your phone is very nice. Light weight. Great picture. Recommended for sure
