Bought this as a birthday present for my grandson. We recently cut the cord and went to a live streaming service. Wanted a simple, easy to use tv with nothing complicated for him. This tv does that for sure. Was easy to set up and connect to our internet service, activate the apps needed and a couple more that he wanted. Up and running in 15 minutes after mounting on the wall. Definitely recommend this tv for anyone looking for ease of use.

tv does what I need it to do, definitely get the bang for your buck

I just purchased just TV and I'm very excited but picture looks great on a cup of problems have noticed that I probably can't live with is that they remote has no mute button on it which is ridiculous and there's no way to adjust the sound quality manually Esprit settings only another thing that's not going to work is the fact that I can't adjust and control my soundbar with the remote you have to turn the volume all the way down on your TV that's no way to turn it off and use your separate remote play a soundbar not happy I'm going to return it tomorrow.

I love this TV, it’s easily set up and compatible with all the streaming services I wanted. It’s also compatible with my google home that I purchased. It was also very reasonably priced for quality, a TV the same size without smart capabilities was only about $20-$30 less and other smart TV’s with the exact same capabilities were often not expensive

This is my first TCL and my first android T.V. I am very impressed so far. The set up was super easy using my android phone. Also because it is android you have access to the play store and all the apps for streaming offered. I will now only buy an android t.v. if I want a smart t.v. in the future. That is how good it is!! The t.v. itself looks great and seems well built. The screen is full hd and looks great. Viewing angles seem fine to me. Blacks seem very dark with no backlight bleed I can see. The built in speakers get rather loud and have decent bass. Overall this is one of the best t.v. purchases I have ever made. I prefer 40" size for my living room. For an Apartment this is the perfect t.v. As long as it lasts a while I will be happy. Everything about this tv works great. If it does last a long time then TCL will be getting my business again. Bestbuy price was excellent and shipping was free and next day!!

The TV has a great sharp quality picture. It's lightweight compared to my last flat screen. Love all the applications. I read all of the reviews prior to purchase and they were great. You can't beat the price. The sound is great when you are streaming through apps but not as good when you are watching live tv. I would highly recommend the TCL.

Great picture quality and sound. Really easy set-up as well. Only complaint is if a show has a foreign language spoken it defaults to German or something other than English for the interpretation. I have to go into the settings every time to fix it when I turn the TV on again.

I upgraded from my old Samsung 720p TV and I was blown away by what this TCL brand can do. It is a lower end brand but it is definitely quality for an inexpensive TV. Built-in Roku is one of the main highlights as you can easily set up all your streaming apps in minutes. Picture quality is great with various filter modes for movies, gaming, etc.

TV has a good picture, but deteriorates somewhat if viewed from the sides - so not good choice for a wide room. The Android system provides good functionality and the ability to use Google Play. The remote is rather limited, but the voice feature for command works well. Overall, we are happy with the set, which is in the guest bedroom.

This was my first smart TV and it's really amazing with it's quality and graphics. Super light as well- It has a lot of amazing apps to watch a variety of shows and movies! All I had to do was plug it in, connect to the provided remote control, and connect an antenna for live TV. Also you can control the tv using features on your Android phone.

Wanted a Ruku TV but found this and it has worked well for my mother! Made for a nice upgrade that is easy for a 83 yr old to use! She now has much to keep her entertained while sheltered! Nice pic for price point. sound if not so hot but at this price point not that bad. Tough to set up but once you are done simple to operate.

The tv is excellent! This is our first Smart TV and we wanted something for the living room so it’s the perfect size and is easy to understand. Hooks up perfectly to Netflix, HBOMax, Disney+ and YouTube. The picture quality is great too! The remote doesn’t have a mute button which is a little annoying but that’s really it.

Easy set up alot of apps Light weight reasonable price

Our old led tv died on us. We seen this one on the bestbuy website and never had a smart tv before. Thought I’d try it out. This thing is so useful since all of our tv watching comes from apps now. We don’t need a chrome stick anymore all the apps are right in the tv. Makes it really convenient. I like it a lot!

I was blown away at the price of such an amazing tv. The TCL 40” smart tv was a steal at $140 as it comes with pre-programmed apps such as Netflix, Amazon tv, YouTube and many more. I enjoy also the direct link hookup to my Apple TV and MacBook Pro to complete work and has many hdmi hookups for other devises as well.

I bought this wifi TV to go with a tripod for outdoor use. I put a ROKU on it, so I could get all my cable channels and we could use it outside, around the pool area and backyard on these comfy evenings. I am more than thrilled with it. The picture is bright and the TV is very easy to use.

My Wife fell in love with her TV, she loves the HDR option and it is amazing with her pc for gaming. its been a couple years and the only downside to it is that it doesnt get amazing updates and its starting to be super slow because of that. Thank you.
