I bought this television for my grandson for Christmas. My grandson really likes the new TV set. It was easy to set up. The store salesperson was very helpful when we were shopping. I will visit the Mankato, MN Best Buy store again when we replace our television set in the near future.

This is probably one of my favorite TVs, ever ( look wise ). The screen is so bright and beautiful I just love looking at it. The only complaint I have is that YouTube lags a bit, the voice and video are often not synced up but it’s an easy fix by just pausing then playing the video!

Great looking tv. Wanted something to interface with the other google stuff I have. Put this in the garage. Resolution is great, Android tv is a bit slow but works fine for me. Can voice control with google nest mini or included remote. Works very well

Liked it but returned it because there weren't enough Apps and the play store is limited on what you can download for this TV. its almost like a 40 " android tablet except for the lack of apps. if you just want it for live tv and a few popular streaming apps its fine.

The TCL 40" has good picture quality, but the OS that it uses is horrible. Since everyone uses some sort of streaming service this TV is not recommended, everytime I signed in to any service the whole TV would freeze.

TCL is becoming our go-to brand - this is our 2nd TCL purchase. Great quality at a great price. I prefer the Roku model (previous purchase) but the Google platform is nice, too, just took some getting used to. Our only complaint is the sleep timer is a pain to get to.

The best tv you can buy at this price point. There were a few quirks to work through in the first week (mostly wifi connectivity issues) but have since fixed. This is my first android based tv and I'm definitely pleased. This is my second tcl and surely not my last.

I bought this to mount in a bedroom. WiFi connection is decent (can only connect to 2.4ghz bands from what I can see though) and Android TV is responsive. Picture quality is OK. Voice remote works well. For less than $200, it was perfect for what I was looking for.

bought this for my teenage son. He is a bit rough on electronics so I didn't want to spend much. I got my wish with this TV! Smart TV features for you tube and such. If it were for my usage, I would return it for the picture quality. But for my teenage son, its fine.

We purchased the TCL 40” tv to replace the 32” tv in our bedroom (can’t call it you know what anymore). TV was easy to set up, even for this 73 year old! Good color and sound. Only negative is the light when the TV is off could be less intense for the bedroom.

I love this tv I purchased the geek squad warranty I was told that I was covered if anything happened to it. Well it broke and I just ended up getting robbed by the geek squad and their accomplice Best Buy don’t care.

This tv isn’t super fancy, but it won’t break your bank account either. If you’re looking for a nice cheap tv that you can put in your bedroom, this is the one I’d pick.

I actually really like Google Assistant being integrated in the tv since we already have smart lights already connected to google assistants. The tv is itself is a great value for sure. Picture quality could be better but for the value this is definitely a great deal.

The TCL Android system works great. Easy to use and interface is intuitive. very pleased with Best buy's portion of the transaction, but disappointed with UPS rescheduling delivery and missed the delivery before Father's day. Maybe it's the Corona virus issue.

Very solid TV. Have had no hardware issues with it thus far. The only thing that does annoy me is that there is a small white strip of light on the bottom of the TV that can be a little distracting while trying to sleep in a pitch black room.

I was looking for a smart TV that was a good deal that I could get quickly I want to call the store someone from the corporate office answered and was fabulous. I had a smart TV at a reasonable price within 2 days, she was awesome!

Even though this TCL came with the android platform this tv still is the best bang for your buck. I just love the roku platform better as it’s just easy and straightforward. My son loves it and like all the streaming and Nintendo gaming on this tv.

This Television has google TV built in and you can also download your own applications like Kodi which worked great! And the price was excellent too..

Very pleased with our new tv! Our Best Buy rep was very helpful and made our selection easy. It has been several years since we purchased a tv. Wow what a savings on this purchase. We will certainly return to Best Buy for our next purchase.

The Best Buy installer did an excellent with a wall mounted TV. He was very meticulous determining the height and level of the bracket before installation. Also, needed 2 other TVs set up with WiFi in two bedrooms. I highly recommend Best Buy.
