This tv is amazing I bought it open box and don’t see how anyone would want to take a tv like this back I absolutely love it and it shows a great picture sound is amazing I bought this tv for my son and loves it the apps are great.

Good basic TV for the bedroom. Android TV interface works pretty well and the picture is really decent but don't expect the best quality. It was a good value because of the $50 off sale.

Most days the TV works fine but about once a week the color pink spreads out on the TV and covers up to 50 % of the screen. When the pink only covers a small part of the screen, I can still watch the shows but sometimes I have to turn off the TV and watch on my other TV. How long is the warranty on the TV? I was very happy with Best Buy in getting me the TV delivered for free in just 1 day.

Easy purchase. Great selection of open box units. Great warranty. Fast shipping. Had problem with Netflix working but that was a software issue. TCL customer service was quick to email new file. Everything works perfectly now.

I am not a huge fan of this TV but I blame myself for that because I didn’t read the full description of the TV. It is not a “basic” tv. It is great for tech savvy people who want something more than a basic tv.

Spare of the moment purchase on line. Waited for curbside pick up because of a disability I have.. had issues with contacting store but they did call me and then brought my purchase right out.. overall a very good experience. Ty

TV is good product I DID NOT like being ENROLLED into Philo without full disclosure at point of sale. I would have declined it at that time. No one should have there 'cc" accessed for something that they DO NOT REQUEST!!

I needed a replacement TV for my unrepairable Samsung 50 inch. I was so disappointed that the Protection Plan I purchased was useless. The store credit wasn't enough to cover another one like the one I had. Also, since I was told it would take a whole month before I heard anything about my old one, I found a good deal on a Samsung 40 inch. Turns out, it did not take that long; and since I had the new Samsung, I just picked up the cheapest thing I could find that the store credit covered. It works better than I thought it would. It has some great features similar to my Samsung, but it's quality is ok. I would recommend it.

Happy with the TV. The only gripe is when I turn the power off, it asks me if I’m sure I want to turn off the power, which is kind of annoying when I’m about to fall asleep.

Bought this TV because it just barely fits in our TV cabinet. Great color. Has lots of built in apps like HBO Max that we are using a lot. Didn't have another way to directly stream it. Very happy with it so far.

My dealings with Best Buy was the best my purchase was ready in less than 20min for pick up and the process was as smooth as anything. Haven’t regretted having their app on my phone ready to do business again soon with Best Buy

This TV did all that the specs said it would do. A good device for a good price. I used it both as a TV and Computer monitor. I had two computers connected to it and went from HDMI to HDMI port with no issues.

Used primarily for our outdoor TV so you get what you pay for. A little slow to load apps and the Hulu app tends to freeze requiring reset. I mean we use the TV sparingly so we are ok with this l.

Purchased this TV for my son to use and was weird to see my son talking to it lol, showed me the Google assistant and Google Chrome built in and I never realized it when I bought it. Really good for the price.

The tv itself is good, easy to use and navigate (few controls), however, it does not allow me to download apple tv which I watch a lot of shows on so it has limited use.

I love this TV, it’s for a guestroom so I didn’t want to add cable. Because it’s a Roku TV I just added Hulu streaming and I get to watch all the movies and free live TV good night for anything better

I never owned a smart TV before and the reviews for this one was very good. I am happy with my purchase and am still discovering everything I can do with my new TV.

This TV works great and has pretty much every built in app you could want since it’s Google Play. It only stinks that you have to sign in to Google to get any extra apps. Overall good device and would buy again.

I bought during blackfriday for spare bedroom for guests. It's a good TV. Good video display quality - I stream everything so it is nice to have apps. It's an excellent buy for the price I got it for.

The TV itself has a pretty clear quality and decent sound. The images come out looking clear and when hooked up to my PS4 it works fine. The crux is the androidtv ui. The apps constantly crash, where you have to clear cookies every time you use them. Not a fun experience. Chrome casting is a cool feature, but it does get pretty laggy. I purchased this TV on sale, but part of me wishes I went with the roku version or any non-androidtv version.
