Great Customer Service from Best Buy Geek Squad. Disappointed that Spectrums Universal remote does not work well with this tv in the on/off and volume control area. (Cable tech came to residence to address issue.). A little disappointed in speaker sound, but it is a cheaper tv.

Do you need to buy a state-of-the-art fancy TV every year? If so, not this one. Do you just need a TV for your kids to play minecraft on? Yup, this is the one. Cheap and got everything your kids need.
