    Upon doing some research I determined that the android TV works just as well is a smart TV I’m very happy with my purchase

    The TV had been great, until the Internet connection failed the same day the return policy also expired. It goes out intermittently, and Comcast came out and replaced the modem/wifi unit with the newest model. Same issue. No other device in the house has this problem. Bestbuy support is non-existent, or their chat tool has once again failed to start sessions properly. This was my first TCL television, and will likely be my last. Learn my lesson: buy a cheap tv, buy the insurance.

    I really don’t like the tcl brand of TVs. It feels to much like an app on the phone vs a television. I also hate that the mounts for hanging it are on the bottom of the tv making it top heavy. Positive is that it did have a nice picture but overall I didn’t enjoy this tv and returned it.

    Love this is an Android TV. Glossy screen what I like. Perfect size for a secondary tv at home to see while doing workout. Great value for the money.

    Good TCL panel turned into junk by Android TV

    The TV itself (color, brightness etc) is an amazing value for the price. The Android TV is incredibly bad: slow, confusing, poorly designed, crashes/freezes a lot. Also, this is NOT Google TV. After several million multi-hour updates, it ended up with something that kind of looks like Google TV but is not. Doesn't fully support CEC (if you wanted to ignore the Android TV part and just connect a Roku for example, power will not work, volume control will be sluggish no matter what HDMI port you use). Got this at <$200 in Black Friday for a spare bedroom so it is not worth me returning it (also, I threw out the box), but it is incredibly bad. I learned from this experience to NEVER buy any TV that bears Google TV or Android TV.

    This tv is amazing, especially with Chromecast built in, you don't need cable or satellite. You can stream on this tv very easily.

    This is not the greatest smart tv. The keyboard that is need for internet doesn’t always want to come up. The range of the digital receiver for antenna is not all that great. I had old Samsung tv which was easier to use and had more digital range.
