one remote controls all tv's

After the pain of pairing each individual remote to each tv and naming them I found with horror that one remote WILL control all tv's - all function - scrolling, power , volume. So when one patient hits one button - 6 tv's respond. They are 6-10 feet apart. TCL is useless - customer service is telling me they work as intended - I ask - how about one remote controls one tv ? They say there is nothing they can do, get lost

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. Some functions, like power and volume, and controlled by IR sensor. TVs in close proximity may respond to IR signals aimed at different TVs. Fine Budget TV

It runs the older version of AndroidTV, not the newer GoogleTV. Overall its fine on sale, Not bad by any means, just fair for the price range.
