Android tvs

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Garbage tv android is a bad tv in general for the most part, not bad on the quality but android tvs have a habit where you have to restart the tv when exiting apps. You cannot leave apps open when you turn on the tv because you will to resume them. I would have to unplug the tv to watch my streaming services. I.E, Netflix Hulu and HBO. Best Buy is a great provider however the overall quality and product of the tv is minimalist at best

Hangs a lot. Not my best purchase

Not for my home

Not as Smart as I hoped

You can go to channelstore.roku.com/browse to see what streaming channels and apps are offered through the Roku Channel Store. Buy a good name brand

Took for ever to find the setting for antenna. Picture quality is not good. I’m not returning it because it’s the only brand that will work on our new camper. Fortunately it’s for the bedroom so we won’t be watching it very often.

Bad operating system

The biggest issue is that apps randomly close on their own. Very annoying when you're in the middle of watching something!

Poor performance of built in media player

At times it unwatchable. I was hoping for a minimalistic mounted TV, but it looks like I'll need to resort to a secondary media player, or get rid of this and go for another TV with more processing horse power.

Got them mounted to the wall, and powered up. One of them, the setup went just fine. The second is stuck in a TCL /Android loop. Then, it powers off. Have not even seen a picture on it yet, and I need to take it off the wall, remove the wall mount, box it up, drive 45 minutes back to the store, get it replaced, drive 45 minutes back home, mount it, and HOPEFULLY set it up, and hope it works. If I have ANY other issues with either of them, they will be returned, and I will get a different brand. I had high hopes.

Didn't work out

Does NOT support Xfinity Streaming App

Otherwise it seems to have some really good features. I'm givining it a poor rating because although it comes with Google Play the Xfinity App is not available. So I guess this version of android is lesser than that of a firestick or other Android based devices. (Or this is some type of power play by Comcast to only support "partner" tv manufacturers? Like Samsung, LG, Roku, and Sony?)
