    This TV is so slow to turn on. Apps are also very slow to start-up. Apps also keep turning off and need to be restarted multiple times times which is so very frustrating. Picture quality is average at best, and sound is unimpressive. I would never recommend a TCL television or purchase one again no matter how good the price.

    This is the worst tv I have ever owned. Thanks Best Buy for selling such a bad product. It shuts off on its own and changes to smart tv on its own. It’s just horrible.

    No picture , just sound .

    Had TV for 3 days before it stopped working . I get sound with no picture . Called , and did all the troubleshooting , nothing worked . Waiting for home service technician . I Googled the problem , and is common .

    i waited all day for the services to install my tv. no one come i called bestbuy they said thatwasno coming to go to store and talk to service this is no way to treat a member they say one thing and do not come now the tv just set there please make appointment for me thank you.

    Beware of low-end TCL tv's.

    This TV had the most washed-out picture for an HDTV I have ever seen. I took it back and bought a Samsung. Should have bought the Samsung in the first place. I recommend staying away from the low-end TCL TV. I'm not sure of their better TV's but I won't buy another TCL.

    The user interface is not great and it is VERY slow to respond. Also tends to freeze, and the apps don't update well - which means sometimes you just can't use them for a week or two. Would NOT get it again.

    TCL TV is unusable (display not working).

    I returned this product and purchased 43 inch version (43S434) instead. And the screen of 43S434 goes black/blank after 8 months. This is the first time I know TV can become unusable only after 8 months.

    I had this tv for 6 hours and the picture went out. What a pile of crap. Do not. Buy !!!! I have never had a tv break this fast. TCL is a horrible company and make horrible tvs. Get a real brand not tcl.

    My husbands Christmas present showed up with a huge hole in the side of the box. When it was opened, it had a large crack on the screen. The television was not functional. Highly disappointed!!!
