The Roku tv is a good buy. The price was right and Roku is easy to use.

Great picture and sound! The remote, I don't care for. I would like one with numbers along with the arrows. TV has a light at the bottom of the TV that stays on when TV is off. I've tried all tips I've found to get it turned off but have been unsuccessful. Wanting to get away from satellite TV. This is one reason for purchasing this TV. I'm overall pleased with this purchase.

My TCL Roku Smart TV is fantastic! The clarity, color and image are excellent, and for a novice, operating it and navigating through the various streaming services was easy to learn. I am very satisfied with the Arris surfboard modem, router, and Sony DVD player that were installed along with my TV. A great package!

Good television for the price. It is nice to have the Roku functionality built-in to the TV. The picture is clear and the TV is easier to use. I would prefer a remote with numbers for changing channels but this type of TV is meant more for people with other media sources like cable boxes, Blu Ray Players and other streaming devices that have their own remote control devices.

This TV has been great! I love the Roku TV as well. It is bright, clear, and easy to use and set-up. I did not use the little stands that came with the TV (they looked very small), but bought a nice stand from Amazon that works really well. I would recommend doing this because the feet don't seem to be too strong, and are very small for the width of the TV.

The picture is great. It does loose a star though for two issues. 1. The remote is very cheap feeling. 2. I bought this 40" as it's a good size for my bedroom. Unfortunately, there is a large light on the bottom that lights up my room when I am trying to sleep. I covered it with electric tape, which then caused the remote to not work.

The color and picture crispness are outstanding. I'm glad I got the 40 inch, but I could've gone smaller. It's easy to set up, and I'm happy with the available apps. Even without pay subscriptions like Netflix, there are plenty of things to watch. As a nostalgia buff, I'm thrilled to have so many 70s-90s shows and movies eaiting to thrill me again.

Easy set-up, easy to use. Sound quality and volume very good. Was not planning to buy a new TV, but my old one quit working suddenly. Wish I had purchased this one earlier. Good value for price.

Fast delivery and customer service was awesome!!! FedEx broke the first TV and Best buy fixed it very quickly by sending out a new one and a return slip for the broken one. The TV has a great picture and is so easy to navigate with the remote. I give it a good thumbs up.

I have bought a TCL brand tv in the past & had no issues so I thought I would buy another. The only difference was the size so I figured it would be good. I was wrong. This new one I purchased has the subtitles turning on & off everytime a scene is skipped or a new episode starts or after the tv randomly shuts off & is restarted. The start up of the tv is like having dial up internet again, I turn it on go do a dozen things come back to it on the home screen, click an app & find out it didn't finish loading (i have checked my internet & that is not the problem, this tv is the only 1 of 4 that is having that issue). Apps also always crash. When watching movies & shows a lot of the time the audio is way away of the picture (same movies on other tvs are fine so again just an issue with this tv.) Remotes batteries are new & have plenty of charge but it takes several times pushing a button for anything to happen. Issues all started after the 30 day warranty, guess I should have purchased more

Good picture and very easy to setup. Remote is very basic but does the job.

We got a TCL 65 inch for the living room and I wanted to upgraded in my office/game room and this 40 inch was perfect. It's not 4K like the living room but my area is not that big so it doesn't bother me. I paired it with the TCL sound bar and the sound is awesome. If you are looking for a great inexpensive tv TCL is the way to go.
