I would suggest a reduced, reasonable installation price along with the 5-year Geek Plan I purchased. Why was this not offered at the time of purchased? Please advise on this issue ... Thank You!!! Great product for the Roku family!

We really like it! It works really well and we haven’t really found a problem besides some slight lag which is caused by our router being on the complete other side of the house. Other than that, it was a good purchase!
