Easy set-up getting through privacy settings. Very good color adjustments if you want to use them. I was able to get a price match adjustment as it went on sale after I purchased this device...no problem!

Problematic

Customer service has talked us through a few issues, however, we shouldn't have to continually restart and/or unplug a new TV so that it will perform correctly. The issues are: sudden black screen while watching a show, automatically going back to the ROKU home page while watching, sound and mouth movement out of synch during shows, etc. Also, the remote is intermittently unresponsive and the sound is not great. Unfortunately we're past the return date. We will not buy this brand again. Samsung is much better.

Great product for the Roku family!

We really like it! It works really well and we haven’t really found a problem besides some slight lag which is caused by our router being on the complete other side of the house. Other than that, it was a good purchase!
