Decent TV. Awful remote

Small, unlighted buttons. The volume buttons are on the side of the remote and I am constantly muting my TV. I plan on buying a different tv only because the remote is so difficult to use.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. In addition to the remote that comes with this TV, you can download the free Roku mobile app on your Smartphone or tablet to use as a remote. Through the Roku mobile app, you gain access to power toggle, volume toggle, private listening, voice search, and more. Hope this helps!

I liked the apps on it. I bought the second one for my exercise room. Its not used for daily television use so I don't know how it would affect in that way but my kids use it to watch movies.

The strong built in wifi receiver and easy connectivity to streaming services really make these tv’s awesome!This one we mounted to our house on our porch for outdoor space.

The response to remote is extremely slow and you need to point it at the proper location on the tv to work. There is no way to have channel favorites either with the included roku remote or my harmony remote.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. You can enable "favorites" for over the air channels so that your most-watched channels will automatically appear towards the top. To enable favorites you would go to Home>Settings>TV inputs>Antenna TV>Favorite Channels>Enable. Hope this helps!
