Good tv for the price

I was able to figure out the activation and cable connection. Should have better instructions or at least have a better contact procedure in place to contact tech support or cable provider.

This fit the bill allowing me to use my existing WiFi service and download apps to get access to channels I wanted

Great TV for roku lovers at a good price

My husband wont get any others for his mancave because he wants all the roku exclusive channels it comes with without having to attach the ugly bulky roku device. Great tv for the price.

Contacted store and received correct one at no charge. Install completed and love the Tv. Great choice.

The TV was installed by a Geek Squad employee and it was done perfectly. I am very happy with this purchase and installation.

Decent and affordable

Isn’t very powerful so the operating system built in runs slow but it works. For the price, you can probably find better but it’s not that bad.

TCL Should Be TLC!

The quality of the brightness, color saturation, video modes are second to none. The Roku user interface is the best I have experienced

I purchased another one for a spare room and now I purchased a third and I love them all! The image is excellent and it is very easy for a dummy like me to set up

Has issues with volume occasionally. Reconnects to the internet every time you turn it on, causing it to buffer.

Great TV for the guest room

But it remains to be seen how durable it is and if it will bring me years of clear entertainment.

Then had to place it in baggage on an internal flight! And when we arrived it fit, but it also worked, must be good quantity to live through the flight change!

I’m a ps5 gamer, and you can see all the details the games were designed to showcase!

Very satisfied with the image quality and user friendliness. Wish the remote was a lighted keyboard.

Started out good but no longer

First off I noticed my screen would cut on and off. And if I were to watch something it’ll cut off and lead back to the home page. It became so frequent. I discovered now as I’m tying this July 20, 2022. It started happening but it would take me back just like when I first set up my tv the first day I got it. It’s ridiculous

Our TVs are carefully designed and engineered to give our customers years of entertainment. Our TVs do come with a 1-year parts and labor manufacturer's warranty for those rare times that defects occur. In cases like this, if you purchased an extended warranty, you may want to reach out to see if you can file a warranty claim through the extended warranty company. Furthermore, if you purchased using a credit card, some credit card companies also provide additional coverage. “I’m In Love With My New TV”

We have a bigger version in another room and thought this might be a good idea for the guest bedroom because of the Netflix option. Easy to set up and works great.
