Not great.

The wifi range on this is terrible and has issues connecting and staying connected. I hate that the remote does not have numbers to type in channels. It is very buggy in general and would not recommend. Try another model or brand.

great for us

No ether net hook up WIFI only

All my other TCLs have a ether net jack in the back, but not this one, kinda disappointing, I hope the wifi strength is good enough to reach the room, I may return it for a LG or other 40" option. To be fair, I should have read the description, but I just assumed since I already owned two other TCLs. I would have 5 star if it had this.

As you mentioned, while this particular model does not have an Ethernet port it does have the ability to connect to the Internet via WiFi. Our different series have different features and capabilities, and each series builds on the previous one. All of our 4K series include an Ethernet port. Hope this helps!

Broke yesterday had to call and reset my TV

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.So yesterday when I called customer service to try and reset and get my account back so then in the process of setting up a new account I was informed that when I set it up originally I was scammed for $70 for a Roku payment that wasn't needed and the only numbers I ever called we're the ones that were given to me inside the Box

This can be annoying to your partner if their trying to sleep.
