Just ok, not great for Netflix

For the most part it's ok, but for whatever reason I constantly issues when watching Netflix. About half the time the app crashes and closes out when I start streaming. I don't have this problem with another smart tv that has Roku or with my Roku stick, so I'm sure the issue on the tv end. The other apps seem to stream ok.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. If Netflix is the only streaming channel you are having trouble with, it may be an issue with the channel. You can first try uninstalling the streaming channel and then reinstalling it. To do this you can highlight the streaming channel on the home screen and press the asterisk (*) button on your remote, then scroll down to 'Remote channel'. You would then need to go to Home>Streaming Channels>Search Channels>Type in Netflix. You would then select the streaming channel and select 'Add channel'. If this is still not working, you can reach out to us at [email protected] for further assistance.

It’s was a great size for the room but had trouble connecting to the internet. Plus the picture/back light seemed to be glitchy. I returned it for the insignia Best Buy brand and haven’t had a problem
