TCL 40’ Class 3 series HD Roku TV good for price

I always liked RoKu TV’s and the price seemed to be okay at the time so I went ahead and got it. I just had a great amount of difficulty hooking everything up. The TV for whatever reason had some issues.

Worst WIFI CONNECTIVITY

I have a 55” works well so I decided to get a “ smaller version” for our bedroom. We could not get the WiFi to connect. Put it next to our 55” and it still would not connect keep in mind the SIGNAL on 55 it was strong. TO GET THIS SMALLER VERSION TO CONNECT we had to place the tv within 7 foot of our HIGH END WiFi then the TCL SMALLER VERSION WORKED. Our WiFi runs a 2,000 square foot smart home. With manny items connected all having strong signals from Kasa bulbs, outlets to iPads, phones laptops etc.... 3 hrs of wasted time to determine a WiFi issue. Never again! Best thing about this experience is BEST BUYS STELLAR SERVICE. They provided me Sharps comparable model. The SHARP version Works perfect connected right away with STRONG signal. Point it how does a TCL quality system miss testing the WiFi on the build of the tv. I SEEN OTHER COMPLAINTS on this issue wish I would of HEEDED the warnings so heed this THE TCL WIFI is TERRIBLE.

A++ Simple to Use TV
