Temperamental roku OS, great TV otherwise.

I often doesn't allow apps to load without a restart, or sometimes it just hangs until you restart it. Turning off the TV doesn't turn off the roku, so sometimes you have to go into the built in roku settings and do a "restart system". It's about every two days now. Other than that, great purchase.

Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The day after this tv was eligible for return it began to display issues the remote has to be pressed repeatedly and sometime with more pressure and every so many day we ha e no sound have to unplug and reset then it’s fine for a few days Best Buy shows me no support option for a bad product very disappointed
