terrible tv

I used the TV for maybe about 2 hrs a day and then out of nowhere i get a broken panel on the TV, never laid a hand on it once. what a strange coincidence that a NEW! TV broke a few days after the warranty expired which was on July 16. So i couldn't get a refund and the manufacturer TCL just wastes your time and day on asking for pictures of the TV just so they can say they can't help you and can't replace the TV. i am writing this review on the 21st of July because that's how long it takes for TCL to give you a response and to say they can't help. We are in a pandemic and Best Buy only gives me 2 weeks of warranty, i just can't believe that. don't recommend buying this TV. SAVE YOUR MONEY!
