    Bought 9/29/20, failed 11/3/20: Once the tv was just barely out of the 30 day return period the wireless option of the tv failed. Did I mention the tv was JUST past the return period, which is ridiculously short. The picture is great, and there are other ways to get the tv to netflix and prime, but the main way is supposed to be wirelessly using a single button on the remote, and since there is no wireless network detected anymore it cannot connect. Also, forget using the support option since IF you ever get though you will be on hold right up until you are hung up on Chatting with support might seem to be an option, but the time between each exchange is extreme and they never seem to be able to actually DO anything except maybe put you on hold.
