DO NOT BUY

Ever so often it like it just turns itself off and we have to rescan our channels and set it up from the very beginning. This is very annoying. Not sure if it is still under warranty or not, but just don't want the hassle. We have another tcl tv that is larger that we have had for several years with no issue, But this is absolutely ridiculous! The other tv has never done this. Will not be buying another tcl ever again.

Overheats constantly, wouldn't recommend.

We have it hung on a wall with about 3 inches of clearance for air flow. We tried everything in the online forums to fix it; TCL tech support finally just said it's out of warranty and their only solution is to take it off the wall and put it where it has at least 6+ inches of space for better airflow. I guess our only option is to go look for another brand that isn't so prone to overheating when hung on the wall.

Our TVs are carefully designed and engineered to give our customers years of entertainment. Our TVs do come with a 1-year parts and labor manufacturer's warranty for those rare times that defects occur. In cases like this, if you purchased an extended warranty, you may want to reach out to see if you can file a warranty claim through the extended warranty company. Furthermore, if you purchased using a credit card, some credit card companies also provide additional coverage. Not good

I have to hit the home button 5 times then unplug the cord from the wall for 60 seconds then turn tv back on to reboot. It does this like very 4 hours...i had to buy another tv!!!

It happens with multiple shows and different streaming services so it seems to be the TV. I usually have subtitles on so it's not a huge deal but I would prefer to have the sound work all the time.

Use tv

I can’t recommend someone to get a use tv from bestbuy

Freezes really bad

Not a good choice for a TV

You push a button on the remote and up to 30 seconds can pass before you get the result. The remote needs to be pointed at a specific angle, so if you're watching TV in bed, you need to point the remote over your head to the TV itself. After a week, I gave up and returned it for a regular Smart TV from Sansung
