    I have problems with the internet connection, it lags and runs out of volume, I have to cut the power to listen again .... slow to load ... we are thinking of returning!

    Two weeks and I think this TV is already bricked

    Bought TV for mom for her birthday. Worked fine out of the box and even commented on how bright and sharp the picture was. 1 day after the return/exchange window the TV will turn on, has backlight, has but no menu just a blank screen. Tried factory resetting, Remote Button combination reset, Power cycling. Not sure if the TV was trying to update but can't seem to get any real details from my 75 year old mom. So we'll try TCL customer support but more than likely this will just end up in a landfill.

    Get a Samsung

    I have Samsung smart TVs, and Roku, but the Roku TV is not worth it alone, Remote is different and not voice. Also it is very slow and hard to remote control.

    The color is off

    The color seems off. I went to try and change it because the colors seem too bright. Almost like they are a few shades darker than neon. But there is no way to change the picture! There are not any options for tint or color like there are in many other TVs. There is only brightness. I tried changing the brightness but that didn't fix the color issues. You get used to it after a while, but it really throws me off when I go from this TV to any other one. Or when I go form any other TV to this one.

    Total garbage. YouTube tv constantly buffers and reboots. Netflix buffers all the time. Response to volume changes with remote takes forever. Router is 15 feet away. Doesn’t matter if it’s on 2.4ghz or 5ghz WiFi. Changed all my router setting to see if it would help. Fixed channels. Every other WiFi tv in the house works fine and are further away, but of course they are Samsung and not leftovers from a Chinese factory.

    Worked great for about one month One night picture a little shaky and sound garbled Next day great picture No audio. Returned bought Samsung

    Poor remote, laggy Netflix app

    This TCL TV has a great price point and the best interface in the business with Roku. Unfortunately the remote control itself feels cheap and clicky, and a direct line of sight with the lower front portion of the TV is needed to register button presses. The Netflix app is very buggy and after a short period of time becomes essentially unusable. I tried rebooting the TV but the lag just comes back. I ended up by passing the TVs u.i. and just getting another Roku.

    I returned this TV and exchanged for a different brand. Did not care for the sound quality at all. Not the best picture quality either.

    This TCL TV kept turning off and then needed to be reset each time. I returned to Best Buy in less than a week. Disappointed with the TV but had excellent service from Best Buy. Also the remote control and features on the TV are horrible, spend a little more money and go with the Samsung, it is worth it.

    The TV box did not come with a remote control (missing) as pictured on box. It did have the ROKU controller but not the TV remote. Advise how to get the remote...

    First issue is the remote. Not really a good experience. The second issue is the fact that it has no way to just go to HDMI 1. you have to click the controller to accept HDMI.

      In addition to the remote that comes with the TV, you can download the free Roku app on your smartphone or tablet to use with your TCL Roku TV. By using the app you can use voice search, voice control, and experience private listening. Also, you can program the TV to power on directly to HDMI 1. To do this you would want to go to Home>Settings>System>Power>Power on>HDMI 1. Hope this helps!

    Sont buy this TV. Worst tv i have ever purchased. Slow. Freezes often and have to power unit off and back on. Have to reboot my internet everytime i try Netflix, dont have to on other tvs in my house. Terrible TV
