I simply could not get a clear picture after attempting many adjustments. As a result, I returned this TV & purchased one that costs twice as much.

Not impressed at all

The picture is fine if you are sitting DIRECTLY in front of it, the slightest angle and you start losing definition immediately, at 90 degrees the picture is very poor as it loses all color. Can't wait for it to break so I can buy a good TV.

This definitely does not sound normal as this TV typically produces a good 1080p picture. Without more information, it is difficult to decipher why you are getting a washed out picture. Terrible Service

I asked for help with a return -- but I had missed the return window by one day. I wanted to buy a larger TV, as this was too small. I tried on line--not possible. I tried on the phone, was put on hold multiple times for more than 50 minutes. Finally I was put on hold indefinitely and was finally cut off. I will never buy from this company ever again.

The remote is bad.

Crashes 10 Times a Day at least

This thing stutters and trips over itself trying to do absolutely anything. Want to load Netflix? Crash. Watching a show already and everything is perfectly fine? Crash. At least I can get a show playing now, the app wouldn’t even open for the past month after trying every trouble shooting tactic there is. I feel like the built in Roku makes everything run terribly.

Audio is awful

You will need an entire sound system to make it sound okay. The sound is that bad. Returned and bought a Visio. So glad we did.

Not worth the money.

We have had it two months and it forgets our account information on a regular basis and has has many issues with the sound. It either goes out totally or it makes it so you can't understand the people talking. What makes it better is TCL is trying to make me send it back and wait weeks for it to get repaired.

This TV does not currently feature a web browser. However, there are thousands of streaming channels and over 500,000 different movies and TV episodes available through the Roku streaming system. Additionally, you can screen mirror compatible Android and Windows phones to the TV. This way you can search on your phone, but view on the TV. Buggy software

Quality not the same

NOT RELIABLE!!!!!

Search this model online, it's a known issue but TCL refuses to cover it. The TV powers on, immediately turns off and continuously power cycles rendering the tv useless. Tried power cycling, manually resetting and calling their tech report. Was told, I'm sorry it's a known problem but you didn't purchase the extended warranty so there's nothing more we can do for you.

Our TVs do come with a 1-year parts and labor manufacturer's warranty for those rare times that defects occur. In cases like this, if you purchased an extended warranty, you may want to reach out to see if you can file a warranty claim through the extended warranty company. Furthermore, if you purchased using a credit card, some credit card companies also provide additional coverage.
